This program is designed for YOU and I’m here to help you achieve your strength goals, to feel more confident in your own skin and to take up space.

You will have already received your invitation to join the app and please contact me if you have any issues getting connected.
The workouts delivered to you through the app are your bread and butter sessions. They are individual to you and will help you smash those goals, even if they are ever changing.

Monthly Zoom SESSION with me
You are entitled to 1 x 50 minute session with me per month
or
you can have shorter weekly, or fortnightly sessions if that suits you better.

Pilates for beginners, back care, building core strength and increasing joint mobility & stability. A great accompaniment to strength training.

30 minute restorative and strong yoga sessions with our lovely Jenny. Something for every mood.

Strength
A growing collection of energising sessions with and without kettlebells. We have upper body, lower body, full body and core focussed sessions for you to choose from. Let's take up space in our bodies now.
