Small Group Kettlebell Sessions (Maximum 3 people)

  These sessions are quickly becoming my favourite. Based in my home studio, we have a chat and giggle together, but also focus on technique, skills and building muscle and increasing mobility.

Mats, bands and kettlebells are all provided, AND Coffee, tea or water as you fancy.

We currently have 3 full sessions and a 4th is starting soon!
