No weights, no worries. We tend to start the program with a resistance band which you receive for FREE when you purchase PT in My Pocket VIP.

No. Come exactly as you are. This program will meet you where you're at.

I tend to start clients on 1-2 sessions a week, until their bodies adjust, and then ramp up to 3-5 as they gain experience and very much dependant on their goals and how much time they have for movement.

I hear you. This is a common concern. I am a non-diet kettlebell coach and work with clients to empower them to take up space in their bodies. I cannot guarantee weight loss but rather prioritise my clients connecting to their bodies, gaining strength, self-efficacy and confidence now.

Absolutely NOT. Hello Fitness is devoted to women taking up space in their bodies, building strength, moving better, feeling better and not apologising for who they are! Your body is NOT the problem.

Anytime you start is the right time. Most of the women I work with are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. HUGE benefits can be gained in terms of bone density and muscle mass ANYTIME you start. There is an access point for everyone.

I am myself neurodivergent and am a trauma informed, weight inclusive kettlebell coach. It is SO important to me that you don’t feel overwhelmed by the workouts and that they are stimulating but not over-stimulating. The VIP option is the one I’d recommend for you, as you get 1-1 sessions and daily/ weekly feedback.
