Yoga for the Thoracic spine

In this 30 minute practice we focus on moving the Thoracic spine. There is a lot of rotational movements to free up the rib case and torso. We start in standing, then move down to the floor, finishing with a rolled up blanket under the ribs to extend the Thoracic spine and open the chest. I hope you enjoy it.
