30 minute Yoga for Full Body Connection

Today we take some rest in Cobblers Pose or half Cobblers Pose.

We take Cat, Cow and kneeling Crescent Moon to move the spine. From Down Dog we come up into standing for Tree Pose, Warrior One, Reverse Warrior and Side Angle Pose.

I show different options and where to use support and blocks as you need.
