Day 1 is all about the squat. Maybe you've always struggled with squats. Maybe you don't like them. Maybe they hurt your knees. If that's the case, please don't worry. I offer lots of different options, and break down the technique so that you can find what works for YOU. Squats are incredibly beneficial for SO many different reasons: they help build core strength, strengthen lower body muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, and build confidence in what your body can do. Go on...you know you want to try!
Day 2 is all about the HINGE. The hinge is the foundation of the deadlift, the kettlebell swing AND it targets that posterior chain (lower back, glutes, hamstrings and core!) It can improve posture, increase hip mobility, reduce lower back pain and is great for anyone who struggles with knee issues. Let me know how you get on.
Today is all about the PUSH. Another foundational strength movement. I LOVE to see women building upper body strength and take up space in their bodies. Let's reject the diet culture rhetoric that we should shrink ourselves and make ourselves smaller. Let's get strong together.
This video is all about the PULL. Pull exercises are essential for developing strong back muscles which are so important for good posture, everyday strength as well as helping to maintain spinal health - ESPECIALLY important to women over the age of 40.

The carry is hugely underrated as a strength move. Carries are great for posture, functional strength, core strength, core stability and also make you feel like a bad ass.
