  • 1-1 Intuitive Movement Sessions

    Have you ever thought about how you want to FEEL when you move? Do you want to feel strong, empowered, energised?

    Or do you want to play more, have time for you and maybe slow it down? These sessions are about connecting to your body

    and finding YOUR strong, whatever that means to you. Maybe you would like to find out what your ‘today’ body is actually capable of or maybe you would simply like to feel a little better in the skin you’re in.

    One-off Session: £60 (for 60 minutes)

    3 Month Bi-Weekly Coaching Package (Including BONUS programming through the APP): ONLY £470 (Saving £90)

  • Intuitive Eating Coaching

    Do you want to end the war with your body? Do you want to just stop trying SO hard all the time to be ‘good’?

    Do you struggle to know when you’re hungry or try and eat as little as possible through the day only to binge at night? Do you often skip or delay meals, or maybe you often eat past fullness, and just end up feeling bloated and uncomfortable?

    Intuitive eating coaching is about helping you to eat freely, make peace with your ‘here and now’ body and re-discover the joy in food.

    Intensives: £90 for 90 minutes

    3 Month Bi-Weekly Coaching Package: £497

  • The Hybrid: Intuitive Eating & Movement Coaching

    This package is ideal if you are stuck in the ‘earn and burn‘ cycle and have always used movement as a way of burning off your food.

    We alternate between intuitive eating coaching and movement coaching, as well as having full access to a bespoke training program delivered through the APP.

    Intensives: £90 for 90 minutes

    3 Month Bi-Weekly Coaching Package, including programming through the app: £497
